Public Records Requests

The City Clerk is the custodian of public records for the City of West Melbourne.  Any requests for records from another department will be coordinated through the City Clerk's office.

When making a public records request, there is no requirement to provide a name or reason for the request.  Also, requests are not required to be submitted in writing.

To provide the best response, consider the information that will be useful.  Broad public records requests take longer and may be costly for the requestor.
